How Chiropractic can improve your golf game
Chiropractic has been extremely popular within the golf world for quite some time now with the majority of PGA professional health teams having chiropractic involvement. A little-known golfer called Tiger Woods once said, “I have been going to a chiropractor for as long as I can remember. It is as important to my training as the practice of my golf swing.”
Although we can’t guarantee to turn you into the next Rory McIlroy there are several ways chiropractic care can improve your game.
These include:
1. Improved ROM –
Enhancing joint mobility can allow golfers to produce a smoother, fuller swing.
2. Injury Prevention –
By addressing any imbalances within the body a chiropractor can help to reduce the risk of golf related injuries.
3. Enhanced Posture –
Having the correct posture is essential to having a consistent and effective golf swing. (Unless you are Scottie Scheffler.)
4. Performance Optimisation –
By ensuring the nervous system is functioning at an optimal level, golfers can achieve a more efficient swing allowing the transfer of power from body to ball as consistently as possible.
All of these enable you to have a more efficient and reproducible golf swing that hopefully gets you around the course with a lower score.

I have enjoyed taking part and competing in extreme sports such as skydiving and kitesurfing and more recently sailing and Chiropractic helped me get over various injuries before and since completing my degree in Chiropractic.
This is why I love helping people continue to take part in the things they love doing with Chiropractic treatment.
