Yoga with Maria
I trained in traditional Hatha Yoga back in 2013. I have taught a range of Yoga techniques since becoming a teacher, and though different in style and complexity, I have always taught intuitively.
You won’t see me with a class plan, but classes will flow according to the energy of the room and how my clients are feeling and expressing.
My intention is always for you to feel wonderful after Yoga!
Maria’s yoga teaching style ranges from deep, slow, and nourishing to light, soft, and soulful. Her approach can feel deeply strengthening, yet always remains within your ability, supported by props and personalised guidance.
At times, movements may be more subtle to help you tune into your breath and body, ultimately guiding you toward stillness. You’ll experience both strength and flow, which boost oxygen levels and clear mental fog. Some poses may be held slightly longer than usual, promoting release in the fascia and connective tissues, all within your comfort.
What do you need to bring?
A YOGA MAT
Mats will be provided. You’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
COMFORTABLE CLOTHES
That allow you to twist, bend and stretch comfortably.
WATER
Always keep hydrated during your sessions
