Gentle Vinyasa Flow
I am passionate about helping others find balance, strength, and peace through yoga. I’ve been practicing for ten years and took my teacher training in India, the home of yoga. My classes focus on gentle vinyasa flow, and I love creating a welcoming space where everyone – whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi – feels supported and inspired.
My teaching style emphasises mindful breath, alignment and relaxation, and I strive to guide students toward building both inner and outer strength.
When I’m not on the mat, I am a nutritional therapist and I enjoy training my dog, walking, going to the gym, cooking and spending time with friends and family. I look forward to practicing with you and being part of your yoga journey!

What do you need to bring?
A YOGA MAT
Mats will be provided. You’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
CUSHION & BLANKET
Bring your own meditation cushion and blankets if you prefer.
COMFORTABLE CLOTHES
That allow you to twist, bend and stretch comfortably.
WATER
Always keep hydrated during your sessions.
