Breathwork with Shoana
Shoana Taylor (dip PP Coaching, NLP Lomi Lomi, Breathwork) has spent the last 20 years in personal development. Her journey began in 1999 when she trained in Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage after experiencing its profound benefits of resolving her pain and PTSD when in recovery from a car accident.
In 2010/11 she trained in Life Coaching and NLP at the Coaching Academy UK enjoying the life transforming modality. She really found her vocation however when needing to resolve her own stress and burn-out and so explored Wellbeing coaching. The body/mind connection and importance of somatic release led her to train as a breathwork coach with Nevsah Fidan Karamehmet, Turkish Breathwork Master, author and Teacher, using the Transformation Breathwork model founded by Dr Judith Kravitz.

This session will be an introduction to breathwork for absolute beginners where you will experience simple techniques to help with anxiety, stress, overwhelm, overthinking and learn how to calm down the nervous system.

Mats will be provided. You’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
