Yoga with Grace
I have been teaching yoga for 20 years and living the yogic life is a full-time commitment for me.
The classes I teach are slow and simple with a focus on deepening awareness, being present and exploring all aspects of the self through mindful movement, conscious breathing and deep relaxation.
The intention of the sessions is to share the yoga practices, including the philosophy which can be applied to life on and off the mat while being inclusive and accessible to everybody.
I continue to study and learn about this vast subject and I have a passion for sharing as much as possible with my students, please join me to experience the opportunity of journeying inward in a safe space.
What do you need to bring?
A YOGA MAT
Mats will be provided. You’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
COMFORTABLE CLOTHES
That allow you to twist, bend and stretch comfortably.
WATER
Always keep hydrated during your sessions
