Hello, I’m Eryn, and I’m Phoenix Health Hub’s Practice Manager.
My journey at Phoenix started when I came to see Johnny as a client shortly after I imigrated here from South Africa. Phoenix advertised a front desk position and fast forward to now, I have been here for over two years. Johnny and the team are amazing and I am so proud to say I am now part of that team. 

I really enjoy seeing clients excel in their treatment journeys and love seeing them getting better. You'll usually find me somewhere in the hub, eiether on front desk or doing a DIY project.

I am so excited to meet you in the  Hub and help you unlock the next level of continuing doing what you love. 

When I’m not working, you can find me at home with my kitty Mitzi, who is a 12 year old Maine Coon. I'll either be crocheting, painting or reading.

If you care about your body's health and wellbeing this is the place to go! Johnny Phoenix is the founder and practicing Chiropractor here and he's a great deal more than just that (acupuncture and more to add to the list). He is a curator of brilliant people who are welcoming and professional in a relaxed way that brings a sense of ease and trust. My back is so much better for his and his team's care. As a mother of three I never have to worry about childcare for my appointments as they are happy to have them sitting in the waiting room whilst I see Johnny - even colouring pages have been given and shared. It's a family practice in the truest sense of the name and I would recommend it to the most sensitive of friends.

I’ve been coming to see Johnny for over two years after suffering from pains down my arms following excessive computer keyboard and screen usage After an initial course of treatment - I now attend once a month and I’ve had no issues since. Thoroughly recommend Phoenix Health Hub for their support and service

Fantastic team, booked in end of 2024 for my first appointment after having major back pain, best thing I've ever done, the assessment was thorough and everything explained by Johnny to help come up with a plan to help with any issues I have. The reception stsff and always friendly and inviting, now that theyve expanded to add all different treatments and specialities I will be utilising even more, 100 percent would recommend phoenix health hub and Johnny to everyone

Diogo is fantastic, he helped my son recover from a long term sports injury, great advice and exercises. My son has a huge reduction in pain and is playing sport again. Thank you.
