The everyday inflammation triggers you might be missing:
Discover the hidden everyday inflammation triggers that harm your health and learn simple ways to reduce chronic inflammation naturally.
This can show up in the following triggers:

Poor sleep quality
Sleeping is when your body restores, repairs and regulates your immune system so missing out of quality rest is one of the fastest ways to aggravate your body, causing it to be inflamed.
Unfortunately, when you consistently get less than 7-8 hours sleep per night, your stress hormones increase, your stress hormones rise and your blood sugar becomes harder to manage which means the risk of inflammation increases.
My recommendation would be to create a solid bedtime routine; dim the lights, limit screen time (i.e. no screen time at least an hour before bed) and take a magnesium supplement before you sleep (to help calm your nervous system!)
Hidden Sugars
Some of us claim to not have a sweet tooth however, you may ACTUALLY be eating more sugar than you think!
Hidden sugars can be found in the conventional 'healthy' foods such as cereals, flavoured yoghurts, sauces and snack bars. Over time, excess sugar spikes insulin levels and therefore causes inflammation throughout the body.
My recommendation would be to check the food labels and aim to swap hidden-sugar foods for whole, unprocessed and natural alternatives.
Refined Vegetable Oils
Processed seed oils such as soybean oil and sunflowers oil are widely used in crisps, ready meals and takeaways as they're cheap to produce but also high in omega-6 fatty acids. This can throw off the delicate balance your body needs to manage inflammation.
I would recommend cooking with oils such as olive, avocado or rapeseed oil and limit processed foods that rely on refined oils.
Chronic Stress
Our bodies are incredible vessels; when your body thinks it's under threat, your nervous system responds by producing stress hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol.
When stress becomes your constant state, it drives chronic inflammation and drains your energy.
I would recommend that your build in daily stress-relievers like journaling, breathwork, short walks or exercises that you enjoy.
Digestive Imbalances
Having an unhealthy gut lining or imbalanced microbiome can spark inflammation that shows up as bloating, fatigue or skin issues. This can also be caused by highly processed foods, antibiotics and stress.
