I came to Phoenix Health Hub in unbelievable agony from back pain from my pregnancy and desk job. Within a month of treatments twice a week, my pain has gone! Jonny & Maria between them as Chiropractors treated me, with the work of Zsanett who's been giving me incredibly strong and healing pregnancy massages. The massages from Zsanett are the best I’ve ever had… They were very deep and free’ing from the pain I was suffering. She knows the body well!

What drew me to the Phoenix Health Hub in Uckfield was the xray option allowing for a diagnosis before the treatment commenced. Harpa explained clearly how through age and probable misuse my back had some damage. With six sessions she certainly made it easier for me to walk and any pain was at an acceptable level. We Monitor Your Progress

Regular progress assessments are carried out along with your treatment plan to ensure your recovery is on track. This also gives you a chance to ask any questions you may have about your ongoing care.

Ongoing care

Many of our clients choose to adopt chiropractic as a way of life. Options for ongoing maintenance care will be discussed following your initial phase of treatment.
