Massage Treatments
The various massage treatments available.
Full Body Massage
1 Hour - £75
Includes: Swedish, Sports / Deep Tissue
A therapeutic treatment that involves the manipulation of muscles, skin, and soft tissues across the entire body.
It typically begins with gentle strokes to help the body relax, followed by deeper techniques to relieve muscle tension.
The massage therapist works on all major areas, including the back, shoulders, arms, hands, legs, feet, neck, and sometimes the scalp.
Depending on the client’s preferences and needs, the massage can include a variety of techniques such as Swedish massage for relaxation, deep tissue for muscle knots, and stretching for improved flexibility.
The goal is to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and relieve stress and tension throughout the body.
Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage
30 Mins - £50
Includes: Swedish, Sports / Deep Tissue & Indian Head
Focusing specifically on relieving tension and discomfort in the upper body. This type of massage is particularly effective for individuals who experience stress or muscle tightness due to poor posture, desk work, or physical activity.
The massage therapist uses a combination of techniques, such as kneading, deep tissue work, and gentle stretching, to target knots and tightness in the muscles of the back, neck, and shoulders.
The treatment helps to improve blood flow, reduce stiffness, and alleviate pain in these areas, leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Hot Stone Massage
1 Hour - £80
A soothing and therapeutic treatment that uses smooth, heated stones to enhance the massage experience.
The warm stones, typically made of basalt, are placed on specific points of the body, such as the back, hands, and feet, and are also used by the therapist to perform the massage.
The heat from the stones penetrates deep into the muscles, helping to relax them and allowing for a more effective and intense massage. This technique is especially beneficial for relieving muscle tension, reducing stress, and improving circulation.
The combination of warmth and skilled massage techniques promotes deep relaxation and a sense of well-being.
Indian Head Massage
30 Mins - £50
A traditional therapeutic practice that focuses on relieving tension and promoting relaxation in the head, neck, and shoulders.
This massage technique involves gentle yet firm strokes, kneading, and circular motions applied to the scalp, temples, forehead, neck, and shoulders.
It is particularly effective for alleviating stress, reducing headaches, and improving concentration. The massage also stimulates blood flow to the scalp, which can promote healthy hair growth.
Indian head massage leaves one feeling rejuvenated, calm, and mentally refreshed.

What our clients say about us…
Benefits of Massage
Muscle Relaxation
Sports massage and soft tissue massage help relax tense muscles, reducing muscle stiffness and promoting a greater range of motion. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals with chronic muscle tension or those recovering from physical activity.
Pain Relief
Sports Massage therapy can alleviate pain by releasing endorphins, the body’s natural painkillers. It may also help reduce the perception of pain signals in the brain, providing relief for individuals with musculoskeletal pain, injuries, or conditions like fibromyalgia.
Improved Circulation
The manipulation of soft tissues during massage enhances blood flow and lymphatic circulation. This increased circulation promotes the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the muscles and aids in the removal of metabolic waste products, contributing to overall tissue health.
Stress Reduction
Soft tissue massage has a calming effect on the nervous system, leading to a reduction in stress hormones such as cortisol. This can help individuals manage stress, anxiety, and improve their overall mental well-being.
Enhanced Flexibility
By targeting muscle and connective tissue, sports massage and soft tissue therapy can improve flexibility and joint range of motion. This is particularly valuable for athletes, individuals recovering from injuries, or those with conditions causing reduced mobility.
