Power PT with Luc Best

Luc Best has been in the fitness and wellness industry for 15 years. As a personal trainer he enjoys working with a wide range of clients helping them to achieve their own personal goals whether that be weight loss, sports-specific training, injury rehab or general fitness.

Luc will be bringing Power PT to the Phoenix Health Hub facility. He will guide you through a motivating program in an energising group setting, this plan will cover nutrition and bespoke training.

The group workout will help you to build a leaner more powerful physique, using body weight, resistance bands, weights of your choice and a Concept 2 bike. This allows you to track progress from one workout to the next.

Luc is qualified in various disciplines including yoga (RYT 200hr yoga teacher) and pilates; so you can keep a look out for his classes on our timetable too!
