OUR MISSION STATEMENT

Phoenix Health Hub offers classes and treatments to help individuals and communities achieve greater wellbeing.

The services available at the Hub include Chiropractic and Massage we hope to welcome more therapists and increase or range of services towards the end of the year.

We also have a huge range of classes available to book each week including

Yoga, Mat Pilates, Gong Baths and Meditation


WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE STAND FOR


The time is now to take our first step at Phoenix Health Hub to bring Wellbeing options and support to individuals and the collective community. Our first branch is in Uckfield, our hometown opened September 3rd 2022 by the Mayor, Jackie Love. After establishing this inaugural steppingstone, our intention is to empower other wellbeing focused individuals to evolve our model to enable others feel well, function well and stay well.

The NHS definition of ‘wellbeing’ states: “Wellbeing is about feeling good and functioning well and comprises an individual's experience of their life; and a comparison of life circumstances with social norms and values.” Many people suffer from unhealthy addictions such as alcohol, drugs, gambling. However, now days almost all of us could admit to having an unhealthy addiction (attachment) to any of the following:

  • Consumerism

  • Social media

  • Technology (video games, phones)

  • Pharmaceutical medications

  • Work

  • Sugar

Here at the Phoenix Health Hub our focus is to offer healthy additions to counteract some of the unhealthy addictions/attachments that we all have in our lives.

Achieving such a balance encourages our wellbeing to begin to blossom.

Wellbeing is more than just an individual mental and physical state. It is co-created by groups of individuals in a community. Our focus and intention is to provide individual and group services (classes, talks, workshops, etc.) to create a ‘health-focused community wellbeing hub where people can feel part of something bigger than themselves.

For some, being part of a group (Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Mindfulness workshops etc.) helps people feel socially connected, which can be physically and mentally life enhancing.

Here at the Phoenix Health Hub we want to support individuals with any wellbeing need and where possible try to create a group or class where multiple people can help each other and grow together.

When you join a class or group there is a sense of accountability and commitment that can really benefit multiple people at the same time.

At the heart of what we do is bringing incredible instructors and wellbeing practitioners to you so you can come to a class or be treated and feel well, function well and stay well.

Physical and Mental Wellbeing is ESSENTIAL to have a good life and that’s what the Phoenix Health Hub aims in all that it does to provide this to individuals and the community to bring about the change required for a happier, healthier, more sustainable population.
