Hello, my name is Simon Rogers I am a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor. I offer a confidential safe space for you to bring anything that is a concern to you. The decision to seek counselling can be daunting, often we don’t know why we feel the need to look for it. If life feels overwhelming and simple pleasure hard to find it may be that taking the time to connect with another person will help you focus for yourself. Together we can explore what you choose to bring with a view to unravelling thoughts and behaviours which are causing you distress. For me this quote from Hilary Mantell sums up best the reason why one might seek counselling

‘At some point on your road you have to turn and start walking back towards yourself.’
